• a cheek swab sample (cytobrush) preserved in an alcohol tube (ethanol 90°)
(blood sample with EDTA is accepted)
• the sample certificate filled and signed
• the order form filled with information about payment :
- authorization for credit card debit
- a copie of the bank transfer order
(a sample with cotton bud is refused)
• call at +33 4 37 49 90 03 (from monday to friday, from 9h00 to 12h30 and from 14h00 to 17h30) to order sampling kits.
