After login, you should choose the tab « Mes animaux » (My animals). Click on the name of the chosen animal. The DNA tests requested on this animal will be displayed on the table under. To obtain the PDF certificate displaying the result of a DNA test. Click on the line of the chosen DNA test.
How to follow my orders and files ?
After login, you should choose the tab « Mes dossiers » (My files). Click on the chosen file. The DNA tests requested will be displayed on the table under. For each requested DNA test, the table displays the receipt date (date de réception), the name of the payer (Payeur), the state of advancement of analyis (Statut) and the result as soon as it is available.
How to obtain my invoices ?
After login, you should choose the tab « Mes factures » (My invoices). Click on the chosen invoice to download the invoice as PDF document.
