Submission of data to France’s official canine and feline stud books

France’s official canine and feline stud books (the SCC and the LOOF, respectively) use the acronyms “DNA” and “DNAComp” on dog and cat pedigrees to indicate that the animal has been genetically identified and that its parentage has been certified.

With your permission, the genetic fingerprints and results of the parentage verification are submitted to the SCC or the LOOF, and the genetic fingerprints can be used for any future parentage verifications.

Permission to submit data is indicated either on the sample certificate for an individual animal, or on your personal and secure account (ANTAGENE Service) for all of your animals.
